My Philosophy
In my experience as a martial artist I got to know and learn under the guidance of several masters, Japanese and not Japanese, the basics of Karate training.
Training and not execution because to be a good practitioner should be prepared the mind to fight and condition the body at the same time to act, that the mind unconsciously controls. There is no doubt that in a real fight you do not have the actual time to think, we need to act instinctively.
So our actions must come out of course, both covering a possible weapon is that our arts are our weapons.
For this reason I induce the practitioner all'utitlizzo immediate weapons "simple" and then progress without neglecting training "traditional" of the repetition of the fundamentals. Kihon
